Job summary

Wayzata Public Schools is seeking a Behavior Paraprofessional to join the North Woods student support team. You will collaborate with principals and the school counselor to implement solution-based interventions for students who struggle with self-regulation during the school day.

The position runs 7:30am–2:30pm, includes a 0.5 hour unpaid lunch, and requires engaging, patient support in a busy environment while maintaining high energy and safety for students.

Position Description

The Behavior Paraprofessional at North Woods is an important member of the student support team. They work collaboratively with the principals and school counselor to provide solution based interventions for students who are experiencing difficulty regulating throughout the school day. The duty day for this individual runs from 7:30am-2:30pm. (includes .5 hour unpaid lunch).
