YAI is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Support Assistant in West Milford, NJ. In this role, you will assist in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and supporting the implementation of Behavior Support Plans while ensuring active participation of the individuals supported and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, RBT certification, and two years of experience in an ABA setting. This is a full-time position offering a competitive rate, fostering growth and development for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Formación

• Two years of experience in an ABA environment or similar role.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Basic computer skills, including email and using Workday.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct and coordinate Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Assist in the development and implementation of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Provide ABA counseling and support during recreational activities.
