Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans and follow Student Code of Conduct guidelines.
• Monitor during high-traffic times and supervise students as needed.
• Conduct re-entry conversations and restorative steps after incidents.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation of student behavior.
• Build positive relationships to encourage accountability and growth.
• Participate in safety protocols and crisis response training.
