Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a residential care setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative role.
• Background working with adults with disabilities, mental health conditions, or special needs is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of state and federal regulations for adult residential facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Enhanced Behavior Support Home.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care.
• Lead and support a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and licensing standards.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
