Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation seeks a Behavior Specialist Assistant to provide direct support to individuals in residential settings, focusing on safety, health, and community engagement.

The role includes assisting with daily living tasks, data collection, and implementing goals from individual support plans, with training provided in CPR/First Aid and medication administration. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience.
• Standard driver’s license – class C or D1.
• CPR/First Aid training provided; safety procedures followed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals in residential homes.
• Assist with personal care, daily living tasks and budgeting.
• Assist with data analysis and graphic data presentations to measure teaching program effectiveness.
• Follow medical procedures for medications and treatments.
• Support crisis intervention and community integration when needed.
