Job summary

Cache County School District is seeking an Aide – Behavior to support students with behavioral and social-emotional needs. This position is approximately 29 hours per week and reports to certified staff.

You will help implement behavior plans, reinforce self-regulation, and assist with classroom activities to promote a safe, positive learning environment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, ability to document progress, and cooperativeness in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with behavioral support preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate behavioral records.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans and monitor student behavior.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group support for social-emotional skills.
• Document student progress and interventions.
• Assist with classroom activities and access to curriculum.
• Maintain safety and calm during incidents.
• Attend trainings and report to supervisor.
