Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Behavior Specialist to help children build communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based strategies. Sessions may occur at home, in centers, or within the community, with a supportive, growth-oriented team.

You will follow individualized plans, celebrate small wins, and thrive in a dynamic, on-the-go role while training is provided and growth milestones are mapped out.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability, especially Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID) per CA mandate.
• Reliable transportation to travel between locations and sessions.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
