Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience with a diverse urban student population is a plus.
• Fingerprints clearance through NYS Department of Education.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiating abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team and foster cooperative relationships.

Responsibilities

• Consistently implement our code of conduct.
• Train and educate stakeholders about the student code of conduct.
• Be visible and accessible to students and staff.
• Analyze data to identify behavior trends and implement action plans.
• Identify students with behavior needs and establish corrective plans.
• Develop positive relationships with students and parents.
• Collaborate with counselors and teachers to support RTI processes.
• Support administrators, teachers, and parents in a professional manner.
