This full-time, on-site role develops behavior systems and supports teachers, working with the dean of school culture and principal to improve student outcomes in a high-expectation environment.

You will build rapport with students, monitor progress, and participate in professional development with coaching to strengthen classroom culture and student success.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• Experience working with children or adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a behavior system that supports students with behavioral needs.
• Create and maintain growth plans and tracking charts for students in need of special attention.
• Build rapport with students and communicate updates to parents.
• Provide administrative support during critical times (breakfast, lunch, dismissal).
• Attend professional development and staff meetings.
• Assist dean of school culture with related work.
