Rutgers University is seeking a Behavior Specialist III (IOC) for the Adult Autism Services Center. The role focuses on implementing ABA strategies to help adults with autism, collecting data, and developing instructional programs under supervision.

The position is full-time, on-site at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, with standard hours of 37.50 per week and a day shift. A Bachelor’s degree and an RBT certification are required, along with relevant experience in ABA settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
• At least 6 months of prior experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in an ABA setting.
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Responsibilities

• Implements a variety of behavior analytic strategies to support adults with autism across skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Collects, interprets, and analyzes behavioral data.
• Contributes to development of behavior analytic instructional programming under supervision.
