Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking individuals to help kids build communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based strategies. You will work in home, center, or community settings with supportive supervision and a clear growth pathway.

No prior experience is required; you will receive paid training, coaching, and career milestone guidance as you contribute to a compassionate, vibrant team focused on student progress and family partnership.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (Mon-Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session at home, in centers, or in the community.
