Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) invites changemakers to join a role that blends growth with hands-on training. You’ll help kids build essential communication and social skills through fun, evidence-based activities at homes, centers, or in the community.

Starting pay ranges from $20–$25 per hour. We provide paid training, mileage reimbursements, a company-issued cell phone, and tuition reimbursement to support your degree pursuit.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use play and engagement strategies to support kids in developing communication, social, and life skills.
• Attend sessions at a child’s home, in centers, or in community settings.
• Follow personalized plans created by clinical leaders and track progress.
• Maintain a flexible, dynamic schedule with varying daily activities.
