Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist to work with children in home, center, or community settings. You’ll implement play-based, evidence-driven strategies to support communication, social, and daily living skills.

Training is provided, and you will grow through mapped-out career milestones while enjoying a flexible, school-aligned schedule and values-driven teamwork.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturday mornings).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella) required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
