Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring entry-level staff to help kids build communication, social, and life skills using play and evidence-based strategies. You’ll work in homes, centers, or community settings with energy, patience, and compassion.

We provide paid training and a clear growth path, plus flexible schedules and tuition-reimbursement to support your degree. You’ll grow professionally as you help children shine and families gain hope during every session.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; pace with your client.
