Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist to support students with diverse needs. You’ll use play and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills in homes, centers, or community settings.

We train you and provide ongoing coaching, with paid training and a mapped career path. Starting pay is $20–$25 per hour, with a weekday schedule and no weekend shifts, plus tuition reimbursement to help you earn your degree.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• Flexible availability (especially Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays) is needed.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella) is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Comfort working with diverse populations is needed.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation is required.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; keeping pace with your client.
