Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Behavior Specialist to support children in home, center, and community settings. You’ll use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.

No prior experience is required; we provide paid training and a clear growth path with tuition reimbursement and progression milestones. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturday coverage and a supportive, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella).
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete training.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
