Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Behavior Specialist.
• Cross-trained in two other programs.
• Completed Behavior Specialist preceptor training.

Responsibilities

• Document mental health services and therapeutic treatment plans.
• Engage in supervisory duties and support the onboarding of new staff.
• Facilitate team communication and participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
