Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Behavior Specialist to help children build communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based strategies. You’ll work at homes, centers, or in the community with flexible, weekday schedules and paid training.

No prior experience required; training provided and growth milestones mapped. We value compassion, reliability, and teamwork to support diverse learners in a dynamic school-based setting.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to complete training.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella).
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays.

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
