Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Behavior Specialist in California. This role uses play and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills, with sessions at home, at centers, or in the community.

No prior experience required; we’ll provide paid training, career progression, and a clear growth pathway including free college or tuition reimbursement. Starting pay is $20–$27 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability including afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
