Starting pay is $20–$27 per hour, based on experience, and includes paid training, tuition reimbursement, flexible schedules, and opportunities for career growth as you support children in homes, centers, or community settings.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
