Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics is hiring a Behavior Specialist to work with children in home, center, or community sites, and to grow within a supportive team.

You will use play-based, evidence-informed strategies to build communication, social, and life skills, bringing energy and compassion to every session. No prior experience is required; paid training and growth pathways are provided.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to sessions at homes, centers, or in the community.
• Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders and celebrate small wins that lead to big growth.
