Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) in Stockton is hiring an entry-level Behavior Specialist to support children with diverse learning and behavioral needs. You’ll use play and evidence-based strategies to foster communication, social, and life skills in various settings, including home, centers, and community programs.

You don’t need prior experience; we provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and mapped career milestones to help you grow within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• Flexible availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings plus Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID) required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities
