Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation in Cumberland, RI seeks a Behavior Specialist Assistant to provide direct support to residents with behavioral and mental health challenges. You will follow individual support plans, monitor safety, assist with daily tasks, and help residents build skills while celebrating diverse backgrounds.

The role includes data collection, participation in crisis intervention when needed, and partnering with the Clinical Director and Behavior Specialist to implement goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of related experience preferred.
• Standard driver’s license – class C or D1.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to residents in residential homes.
• Follow Individual Support Plan and document data as required.
• Assist with daily activities: cleaning, laundry, shopping, budgeting and cooking.
• Assist with environment setup and crisis intervention as needed.
• Support integration of community activities and family connections.
