Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking Behavior Specialist Assistants to provide direct support to residents with behavioral and mental health needs in our community homes. The role emphasizes safety, development of skills, and data-driven assessment under individual support plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license (class C or D).
• 1–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with behavioral/mental health challenges.
• Monitor and collect data on residents' progress.
• Assist with daily living activities such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, cooking and budgeting.
• Support development of teaching procedures and analyze data for program effectiveness.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and prevention responses when indicated.
• Encourage active participation in community and home life.
• Follow medical procedures for medications and treatments when applicable.
