Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Behavior Specialist Assistant to support residents in a community-based residential home. You will monitor health and safety, assist with daily living tasks, and collect data to track progress while honoring residents’ culture and goals.

This role offers a sign-on bonus and requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and 1–3 years of related experience. Weekend/evening shifts are required, with emphasis on teamwork and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license — class C or class D.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support per the Individual Support Plan and ensure residents are living in a safe, healthy environment.
• Assist with personal care, environmental tasks (cleaning, laundry, shopping, cooking, budgeting) and daily living activities.
• Assist the Behavior Specialist and Clinical Director in developing teaching procedures and analyzing data for program effectiveness.
• Facilitate and monitor crisis intervention and prevention responses as needed.
• Support community involvement and ensure medications and treatments are administered following proper procedures.
