Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Direct Support Professional I to deliver home-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children aged 3–12 in Rhode Island, with collaboration from licensed professionals and families. The role focuses on developing social skills, communication, and positive behavior in age-appropriate settings.

Responsibilities include direct care in the home, role modeling for families, progress data collection, and coordination with clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in home-based care or ABA settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based applied behavior analysis therapy to children ages 3 to 12.
• Model and train parents and families in program strategies.
• Support child and family with self-help, self-care, social and safety skills as applicable.
• Maintain ongoing communication and data reporting to clinicians and coordinators.
