Job summary

Benchmark Human Services invites applications for a Behavior Specialist in the St. Louis, MO area. The role focuses on applied behavior analysis, therapy, assessments, and development of individualized behavior plans.

Travel to client homes and community sites is required; supervision of RBTs and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams are essential, with a strong emphasis on PCSP-based support. Qualified candidates will have Tier 1 provisional BCBA licensure in Missouri or be enrolled in an

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Tier 1 provisional license or Tier 2 ABA student during supervision hours.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience.
• Experience supporting adults with autism, IDD, or other behavioral/mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA analysis and therapy, including assessments and treatment planning.
• Develop individualized behavior goals and PCSP-based plans.
• Conduct FBAs and train staff/caregivers on behavior plans.
• Prepare progress and clinical documents for clients.
• Maintain session notes and billing records for services.
• Manage a caseload of at least 100 billable hours per month.
• Travel to client homes and community settings for therapy and meetings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and supervise RBTs.
• Other duties as assigned.
