Heartland ABA is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join the St. Louis Metro team. You will provide one‑on‑one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing skill‑building plans and recording data using electronic devices.
We welcome candidates with a high school diploma, a passion for helping children with Autism, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations. RBT certification is required before working, and paid training is provided.
