Job summary

Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our St. Louis office. The BCBA will conduct applied behavior analysis and therapy with individuals within Benchmark or contracted services, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include direct services, program development, staff training, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. A Master’s in ABA or related field and BCBA license are required, with at least 2 years of BCBA experience.

Qualifications

• Master's in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field required.
• Current BCBA license required.
• Experience supporting adults with autism, IDD, and/or behavioral/mental health needs.
• At least 2 years of BCBA experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavior analysis services and implement treatment plans.
• Develop individualized behavior therapy goals aligned with each person's support plan.
• Conduct behavior assessments and provide staff training.
