Job summary

Jobtailor is looking for an enthusiastic caregiver/assistant to support children’s development through play-based sessions. You will help build communication, social, and life skills in diverse settings—at homes, centers, or in the community. The role emphasizes flexibility and energy, with company-provided training and ongoing support.

No prior experience is required; we’ll train you and support you every step of the way, serving a wide range of families and children in California.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella) required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; pace with client
