Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a compassionate, energetic professional to support children through play-based sessions in homes, centers, or community settings. You will bring energy and empathy to each session and follow plans designed by our clinical leaders to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.

In this flexible, on-the-go role, you’ll collaborate with families and caregivers, adapt to diverse environments, and celebrate small wins that drive big growth for children.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and required documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand and keep pace with clients.
