Spectrum for Living is seeking an experienced professional to develop and implement behavioral support plans for clients with developmental disabilities. This full-time role involves monitoring client progress, training staff, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or certification and strong report writing skills.

Basic Job Functions:
Develop behavioral support plans and methodologies tailored to client needs.
Monitor and document client progress through data collection, and prepare monthly and quarterly summary reports.
Conduct periodic testing, assessments, and direct client observations.
Participate in annual Individual Service Plan (ISP) reviews and interdisciplinary team meetings.
Attend psychiatric appointments and assist in the monitoring and review of client medications.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in the development of ISP plans.
Provide clinical support, coaching, and guidance to Direct Support Professionals.
Train staff in crisis management skills and the implementation of behavior support plans.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Health, or a related fieldORRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word with strong report writing skills.
Ability to train staff in crisis management techniques.
Skilled in implementing and training on behavior support plans and methodologies.
Valid non-probationary driver’s license.
