Job summary

Center for Disability Services in upstate New York is seeking a Behavior Services Clinician to join our residential programs. You will provide behavioral consultation and develop proactive support plans to improve quality of life for adults with disabilities.

You will maintain thorough documentation, comply with regulatory requirements, and collaborate with an integrated care team to deliver person-centered services in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Behavioral Sciences required.
Strong clinical background with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Ability to lift 50 pounds independently.

Responsibilities

Provide behavioral consultation for assigned residential programs.
Document services in accordance with regulatory and program requirements.
Develop proactive behavioral support plans as part of an integrated team.
