Job summary

Center for Disability Services in upstate New York is seeking a Behavior Services Clinician to join our residential programs. You will provide behavioral consultation and develop proactive support plans to improve quality of life for adults with disabilities.

You will maintain thorough documentation, comply with regulatory requirements, and collaborate with an integrated care team to deliver person-centered services in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Behavioral Sciences required.
• Strong clinical background with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral consultation for assigned residential programs.
• Document services in accordance with regulatory and program requirements.
• Develop proactive behavioral support plans as part of an integrated team.

We are searching for a Behavior Services Clinician to join our agency. This person will be working in our Residential programs. These programs offer a variety of residential services for adults, age 18 and older, to address individualized interests and needs.

Responsibilities

• Provides behavioral consultation regarding people in assigned programs.
• Documentation for such services needs to adhere to regulation and programmatic requirements.
• This is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of consumers by developing proactive behavioral support programming, while serving as an integral team member.

Requirements

• Graduate degree (Masters, Doctorate) in field of Psychology, Social Work, or Behavioral Sciences required.
• Strong clinical background and experience working with people with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply for this position.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds independently.

Compensation Range: $26.38 - $31.55
