Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Behavior Interventionist in West Springfield, MA to support children with neurodevelopmental differences through naturalistic, play-based ABA. You’ll provide 1:1 and small-group services under BCBA supervision and help families implement positive strategies.

Responsibilities include data documentation, collaboration with families and clinicians, and adherence to crisis protocols. Flexible part-time schedules and weekend options are available, with travel within a reasonable

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, autism a plus.
• Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and optional Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation within a 30–40 minute drive radius.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with BCBA.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
