A health care provider organization is seeking a Behavior Intervention Specialist to improve behaviors among recuperative care guests. This role requires creating behavior support plans and collaborating with a team to respond to challenges faced by individuals. The ideal candidate has relevant experience and a strong communication skill set. This is a full-time position based in Los Angeles with an hourly salary range of $23.00 - $25.00.

Qualificações

• Experience working with older adults or individuals with diverse abilities.
• Minimum 6 months relevant experience (internships, volunteer, employment).
• Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Study guest behavior and apply ABA principles.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop behavior support plans.
• Provide effective feedback and communicate positively with guests.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral analysis

High School Diploma or GED
