Job summary

On Your Mark, Inc. seeks a Behavior Intervention Specialist (BIS) to join an interdisciplinary team supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will implement psychological support, conduct assessments, and develop behavioral plans in a clinical setting. The role requires a Master’s in psychology, knowledge of IDD/Autism, and ability to train staff while maintaining data and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical or treatment field of psychology.
• Knowledge of Autism, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, and individual differences.
• Knowledge of clinical best practices in behavioral sciences.
• Self-directed and motivated to function independently with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with staff to develop intervention strategies for behavioral modification and support.
• Assesses behavioral issues through clinical sessions and observations.
• Completes Functional Behavioral Assessments and devises individualized behavioral support plans.
• Trains DSPs and staff on implementation of behavioral interventions and supports crisis response when needed.
