On Your Mark is seeking a full-time Behavior Intervention Specialist for our Staten Island location. This position requires a Master’s degree in clinical psychology and offers a chance to work closely with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a clinical and/or treatment field of psychology required.
• Knowledge of Autism and Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities essential.
• Experience in providing behavioral services to individuals with autism is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff to develop intervention strategies.
• Assess behavioral issues through clinical sessions and observation.
• Conduct monthly staff training on behavioral interventions.
