Marvin Elementary is seeking a Behavior Coordinator to assist the principal with administrative oversight of instructional programs and campus operations. The role focuses on coordinating student activities and services, and serving as the campus liaison for MDR hearings and IEP/504 processes.

The ideal candidate will have principal certification, a bachelor's and a master's in education, and a valid Texas teaching certificate, with strong knowledge of MTSS/RTI and behavior intervention methods.

Qualifications

• Certification in administrative leadership and behavior interventions.
• MTSS, RTI, and IEP processes knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate campus operations and student services.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist the principal in administration of instructional program and campus operations.
• Coordinate assigned student activities and services.
• Serve as campus liaison at MDR hearings and coordinate ARD/IEP related processes.
• Record attendance and discipline references as needed and maintain logs.
• Implement behavior systems and deescalation strategies to manage student behavior.
