Position Summary: Collaborates with school teams to support students requiring behavioral intervention.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, special education, early childhood, psychology, child development, or a related field

Experience:

  • At least three (3) years of work experience in education or mental health

Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Oklahoma Teacher Certification
  • Knowledge of child development
  • Understanding of Functional Behavior Assessments & Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Experience in behavior documentation and data analysis
  • Ability to develop and implement positive behavior support plans
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
