You will implement behavior interventions, work with teachers to provide classroom support, and collect behavioral data to guide interventions. The role requires HQ status or equivalent, a paraeducator exam, and specialized behavior management training, with opportunities for CPI certification during probation.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• HQ status: 60 college credits with a 2.0 GPA or higher.
• Requires Paraeducator preparation exam with support offered by the district.
• Specialized training in behavior management in a school setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in implementing behavior interventions and de-escalation.
• Maintain classroom management and crisis management systems.
• Monitor and report student behavior, collect data for intervention planning.
• Assist students in learning activities and model appropriate skills.
• Communicate with education teams regarding student progress.
