Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher (or equivalent).
• Two years post-secondary study with 72 credit hours (or 48 semester units).
• High school diploma with a formal para-professional credential program or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide supplemental practice under direct supervision of a licensed teacher.
• Assist in 1:1 or small group settings with behavioral and academic supports.
• Support student behavior management and safety (including de-escalation).
• Complete district logs, forms and attendance records as required.
• Set up and break down materials and supplies to support learning.
• Assist with attendance monitoring and reporting as directed.
