Sentara Health in Richmond, VA is hiring a Behavior Health Utilization Management Care Coordinator to support members who are medically and behaviorally complex. The role requires both in-person assessments and remote telephonic assessments for serious mental illness, SED (ages 2+) and substance use disorders, with standard hours 8am to 5pm EST.
Qualified applicants have a Bachelor's degree and hold an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSTAP, or RN license in VA or NC, plus 2 years behavioral health and 1 year

This position will work with members under Sentara Health Plans who are both medically and behaviorally complex.
This position requires both in-person/face-to-face assessments and remote telephonic assessments for members with Serious Mental Illnesses, Serious Emotional Disturbances (ages 2+) and Substance Abuse Disorders!
Location: Applicants must be in Central Richmond area. Travel may include up to 90 minutes one way.
