Sentara Health Plan PG in Richmond, VA is seeking a Behavior Health Utilization Management Care Coordinator to assess members with serious mental illness, ED/SD and substance use disorders through in-person and remote visits. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and an eligible VA/NC license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSTAP or RN), plus 2 years behavioral health experience, 1 year case management, and 1 year with Children/Adolescents.

On-site role with up to 90 min travel; hours 8am–5pm, M–F.
