Job summary

Sentara Health in Woodbridge, VA is seeking a Behavior Health Utilization Management Care Coordinator to support members with complex behavioral and medical needs. Role includes in-person assessments and remote telephonic assessments, with standard hours 8am–5pm EST, Monday–Friday.

Travel up to 90 minutes one way may be required for on-site evaluations. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and Virginia or NC licensure options (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSTAP, RN) with at least 2 years in behavioral

Required license must be valid in state of practice. One of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - State license - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP) OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - State license - North Carolina Marriage and Family Therapy Licensure Board (NCBMFT) OR
• Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner (LSTAP) - State license - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
• Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP) OR Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON) OR Registered Nurse (RN) Multi State - Nursing License - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP) OR Registered Nurse (RN) Multi State - Nursing License - North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON)
