Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to provide support to adolescent girls in a residential treatment setting in Provo, Utah. Full-time and part-time availability, with competitive hourly pay ($17.50 - $19.50). Paid training is provided, and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Willingness to commit to a minimum of 8 months.
  • Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit before the first day of work.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care and behavioral health support to adolescent residents.
  • Lead and participate in daily routines, group activities, and therapeutic programming.
  • Assist with minor food preparation and model healthy lifestyle habits.

Hourly Pay: $17.50 - $19.50

On-Site: 2172 E. 7200 S., Spanish Fork, UT 84660

Schedule: Full-time and part-time available

Shifts:

  • Monday / Wednesday / Friday

    • AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday

    • AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Every Other Sunday (Required)

    • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
    • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

New Haven is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians / Mental Health Technicians to support adolescent girls in a residential treatment setting in Spanish Fork, Utah. This role is a strong fit for candidates interested in behavioral health, psychology, social work, counseling, youth mentoring, or residential treatment. You’ll provide hands‑on support through daily routines, group activities, coping skills, emotional regulation, and structured programming while working closely with therapists and clinical staff.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and behavioral health support to adolescent residents
  • Lead and participate in daily routines, group activities, and therapeutic programming
  • Support the development of healthy coping skills, communication, and emotional regulation
  • Assist with minor food preparation and model healthy lifestyle habits
  • Maintain a safe, structured, trauma‑informed environment
  • Collaborate with therapists and clinical staff to support individualized treatment plans
  • Document daily progress notes and communicate key updates to leadership
  • Use safe verbal de‑escalation and physical intervention skills when needed

Paid training provided, including substance use recovery support and crisis intervention techniques.
