LifeView Group is seeking a Behavior Health Technician to support counselors and nursing staff in residential and outpatient settings. You will help clients access resources, engage in activities of daily living, and monitor safety and progress.

Role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR and CPI training, and a valid driver’s license. Experience in behavioral health is a plus; background checks and compliance screenings are part of the process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification must be obtained.
• CPI training must be completed.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist counselors and staff to support adults and children in various program settings.
• Help clients complete activities of daily living and access resources.
• Monitor health, safety and progress as part of treatment plans.
• Document client progress and follow treatment/service plans.
