Job summary

Delta-T Group connects professionals with client opportunities in behavioral health and related fields, offering competitive rates and flexible independent contractor roles. A Behavior Health Technician is needed to serve Philadelphia and surrounding areas, with compensation up to $20/hour.

The role involves 1:1 student support, behavior interventions, and team collaboration. The position emphasizes crisis management, ABA implementation, and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field or related credential.
• Ability to pass FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126) and Criminal clearances.
• Current medical docs: physical, TB skin test, CPR and First Aid.
• Complete CBH Core Trainings and RBT Training.
• Experience with 1:1 services for youth with behavioral health needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 services in school/community settings for middle and high school students with behavioral & emotional challenges.
• Provide behavioral interventions and crisis management, redirecting behaviors.
• Collaborate with treatment team to contribute to treatment plans.
• Monitor behaviors via daily documentation and weekly logs with time sheets.
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Skills

Bachelor's degree in human services

Clearances (FBI, ACT 126, Criminal)

CPR & First Aid certification

Experience with children/adolescents

Education

Bachelor's degree in human service field

Associates degree or 60 credits +1 year experience
