Pennsylvania Counseling Services, Inc. is seeking Behavioral Consultants (BC) and Mobile Therapists (MT) to join our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) team in York, PA.

We welcome grads and professionals seeking mentorship and a structured environment to grow into high-impact clinicians. We offer immediate licensure track with free clinical supervision toward LPC/LCSW/LMFT from Day 1, BCBA supervision options, a student loan payoff program, guaranteed salary of $54k–$65k, employer-paid

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant field required or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year or completion of Clinical Practicum/Internship.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish or ASL is highly prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Utilize ABA principles to support children with autism and behavioral challenges; design behavior plans for families.
• Provide trauma-informed individual and family therapy in homes and schools.
• Lead IBHS treatment teams and supervise Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs).
• Collaborate with school districts to ensure student success across environments.
