Job summary

Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Contracted Behavior Consultant to provide personalized behavioral support to individuals in home, community, and facility settings in Indiana. The role emphasizes person-centered care, least restrictive approaches, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and quality of life.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in ABA or related field or a BCBA license, has Medicaid Waiver experience, and meets the requirement to work

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Experience with Indiana Medicaid Waiver programs.
• Experience as a Behavior Consultant is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide documentation of the behavioral services provided.
• Provide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training including behavioral supports and proactive strategies.
• Maintain billable service criteria and collect objective data on client skills and needs.
• Attend client meetings and psychiatric appointments as needed.
